While doing some work in our crawl space we noticed a gas odor. Nicor came out, turned our gas off and we started calling around to get someone out immediately. When called Hydro, Josh answered professionally and shared that he was finishing up a job and would be out within a couple hours. The team showed up, shared their reasonable estimate and went to get the items. Within 45 minutes I had a new pipe and no leaks. 10/10 would recommend!! Had a really great experience with Hydro-Man. They were prompt, professional, and honest. Not only did they fix my issue, but explained everything thoroughly using a camera to show me the details and provided tips on how to prevent further backup as we prepared to fix the structural problem (we have an old house that needs some repairs). They even followed up afterwards to recommend a cap for an open drain we’ve had since moving in. It’s always tough when something unexpected happens with your house and you don’t know who to call/trust, but I can say without a doubt that Hydro-Man is a reliable and trustworthy service!!
